Course III, Class I

Well, I'm back at cake class! Yeah! I've really been looking forward to starting up again.

In course three we learn how to use fondant and make more fancy flowers. All I have to show you after tonight's class, however, are three miniature rose centers. Trust me! They'll turn into more!


We also practiced some fancy borders tonight, but I won't get to show you those until next week, as we don't make a cake until then.

SO...one week from tonight...prepare to be wowed! ;)
