Course IV, Class III

No cake tonight...just some gumpaste flowers- two daisies and two carnations. Hehe...yes, they did take us two hours to complete. The carnations actually have seven layers to them, plus the calyx. Now I understand why bakeries charge per flower!

Next week is my final cake class. I am so sad!!
