Yummy Salad!

Yesterday we three Zs traveled up to St. Cloud for Thanksgiving, and our contribution to the feast was a "Frozen Cherry Salad." I found it in a cookbook my mom gave me awhile ago- it's called Hope United Cookbook. The recipes were put together by a couple of churches in Iowa. At any rate, I hope it's ok that I share this recipe with you, because it was super easy and super yummy. It doesn't have an author listed, but the book says it was shared in memory of a Marie Aues.

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can crushed pineapple and juice
1 can cherry pie filling
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix the first 4 ingredients well; fold in Cool Whip. Freeze. Remove from freezer shortly before serving.
