Our little Camille

...got her pictures taken today, and wouldn't smile until the very end...after the photographer put her camera away.

...is starting to show a real interest in books.  She'll sit and read by herself for a little while, but will eventually insist on sitting in your lap and reading just about every single book on the shelf before she "releases" you.

...is getting so much more verbal.  She's got some actual words (up, book, daddy, mama), and what she doesn't have words for she doesn't waste any time in making her wishes clear.

...has started pushing around her doll stroller.  The look on her face?  Determination, as if to say, "I should keep practicing this- it's a skill that may prove to be useful."

...is currently cutting some teeth.  Maybe she'll have a couple of new ones before her birthday!
