"Makeovers"

Yesterday's small thing at the Home Sanctuary blog I follow was to do some makeovers in your house.  I was able to complete four- our bedroom (huge rearranging and cleaning), the hall closet, Blake's dresser, and Camille's room (not so much a makeover as undoing the complete makeover that the kids gave her room as I was working on the hall closet...I gave myself the points.  It totally counts.).

I managed to get two before and after pics.

Blake's dresser, which has been in a state of disarray since he emptied the drawers and then was told to put everything back in.  Needless to say, he didn't fold things when he put them away, and I've just been setting clean clothes on top for....awhile.  :-/

The hall closet.  What else can I say but that it's been a low priority and it's easy to just shove stuff in there and run...  ;)

I'm not sure what it says about me that I get so excited about giving myself points for cleaning my house, but hey- whatever works.  The sad thing is that rather than being really satisfied with how much I got done, I was disappointed that I didn't complete four more....  :)
