The only one.

I think of all the flowers I've planted, the glads are my favorite.

I planted a BUNCH this year.

I guess my glads don't like the hot weather we've been having- I only got one.

One.

Of all of the bulbs I so carefully planted, I think that only one will bloom.

PS- I'm secretly hoping that Nate surprises me with a bouquet of glads for my birthday to make up for my not-so-bumper crop.  But yup...I'm just secretly hoping it...and publishing it on the Internet.
