Golden birthday cupcakes.

I dusted off my cake making skills for my nephew's (12th) golden birthday/Super Bowl/Vietnamese new year party this weekend.

I do always enjoy a theme challenge, you know.

After doing some Googling and Pinteresting, I came across this recipe for Golden Oreo Cupcakes.  Perfect, no?

I played around some with the NFL logo to come up with a fun cupcake topper, et voila!

I can personally attest to the fact that these cupcakes were very yummy. ;)
