Blake

Nate and I were remarking this morning about how much Blake has changed in the past few weeks...it seems like all of this happened overnight! Some highlights:

• He gives high fives!
• He's obsessed with standing and anything that can be done while standing. He's able to walk holding onto one of our hands, and he's getting pretty quick behind his Tonka push truck.
• He's getting really good at feeding himself- he uses a spoon pretty well with guidance. If you try to give him a sippy cup he'll do much better with the lid off!
• He waves bye-bye when he sees Daddy putting on his coat in the morning.
• He has six teeth!
  
• He's starting to show some preferences now. It's really interesting- his current favorite book is Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see?. We have a larger version that has really big pictures that he loves. He'll search until he finds it, and we end up reading it over and over...
