Pretty much my favorite chocolate icing yet...

This weekend I went in search of a new chocolate icing recipe, and DID I EVER FIND IT!!  You take a bite, you think, "Hmm...this is pretty good," and then, POW!  Another blissful wave of chocolatey-ness hits you.
