Smoky Pork Calzones

Here's what was for supper tonight.  I came across the recipe in the most recent Food Network magazine.  Nate deemed it a winner, so I thought I'd share it with you!

My only alteration was cooking spinach and putting it inside the calzone, rather than eating a mixed green salad on the side.  (Also, I didn't have a red pepper...)
