Wednesday desserts: Really it's all about the sprinkles...

Tonight's dessert is plain ol' brownies with a yummy mint cream cheese/buttercream icing (from this recipe)...but really it's all about the sprinkles.  I could have just made a couple of pans of brownies and slapped some icing on them, but really...it's just not complete without the sprinkles (season appropriate sprinkles, nonetheless).  They make it look like I really planned hard for tonight's dessert.  ;)
