H is for Hermit Cookies

I hadn't ever heard of these little guys before, but I came across the recipe on Joy of Baking.  The name intrigued me.  Then I read the description, and THEN I read the part about tomorrow being National Spicy Hermit Cookie day.  (Yes!  It actually says that!  CLICK THE LINK ALREADY!)

What are the odds?!

And I ask you...how could I not?!

Yup.  I already tried one.  What do they taste like?  Read the list of ingredients.  It's exactly what you would expect.  :)
