Finally finished the Christmas baking.

Nate asked me to make one thing for Christmas. 

Toffee.

As in, you-need-to-use-a-candy-thermometer-on-a-perfect-weather-day-and-pray-for-a-week-beforehand-that-it-turns-out toffee. 

I have failed at toffee many times.

Thus, I have been putting it off for more than two months.  (Yes...this also means that the tab with the toffee recipe has been open in our browser for approximately two months.)

This morning I finally enlisted the help of a sous chef and made the toffee.



Now I'll just keep on praying that it turned out....
