Today's run, brought to you by...

...my friend from church.  The one I made those cupcakes for.

Well, because of cancer, yesterday my friend had her "cupcakes" removed.  It's a necessary step in the war she's waging against breast cancer, and while it's a step in the right direction, it still stinks.  BRX cancer...

It was my friend that fueled my run today.  I ran because I can't be at the hospital helping her fight and heal, but I can run, to prepare for a race and in the process raise money to support the people who can beat cancer for good.
