V is for Vanilla Cream Puff Dessert

Very easy, and tastes pretty much like a cream puff.  (Recipe)

Just make sure that your "cream cheese, softened" is actually softened enough.

Lest you spend about 10 minutes trying to beat the cream cheese/pudding mixture to death.
