W is for [Pumpkin] Whoopie Pies

I've had two cans of pumpkin that have been burning a hole in my cupboard, simply begging to be used. 

Thus, Pumpkin Whoopie Pies.  (Yes, I understand that technically this recipe starts with a P, rather than a W.  But it's almost November.  And I had those two cans of pumpkin...so I made an exception and called it close enough.)

I had to take a picture of the flour bowl, because I really don't think that there are many things prettier while baking than flour + cinnamon + ginger + cloves. 


Also, my kitchen now smells like Christmas.  :)
