Wednesday Desserts: Mock Cannoli!

This week I needed to make something somewhat Italian in nature- so I decided on cannoli.

Except for two things:
I am afraid of frying things, and
I don't have those cannoli-former-tube-things.

Which is where Ice Cream Cone Cannoli comes in.  Brilliant!  Basically the same taste with a whole lot less stress.  They were yummy....really yummy.  I had to leave the leftovers at church to save myself.  ;)
