Peanut Butter Oreo Cupcakes

A friend of mine shared this recipe for Peanut Butter Oreo Cupcakes.  

Did you look at the blogger's cupcake picture?

How could I not try to make them?

I made a couple of unintentional changes to her recipe-

1.  I kinda forgot to put the chopped chocolate into the first batch (so, naturally, I put more into the second...).

2.  I kinda ran out of oreo cookies before I had a chance to put some into the buttercream (but I think I like it better that way...)

3.  I kinda Valentine's day-ed them up a little bit.  (Besides...the heart-shaped peanut butter cups were what was on sale at the grocery store.)  What's not to love?  :)

I think they turned out GREAT.
