The taste?  Heavenly, of course.  ;) Truly, it was the best angel food cake I've ever eaten.  I'm hoping I can talk Camille into one of these for her birthday so I have an excuse to make another.

So, contrary to popular belief, it turns out that you don't have to be an old church lady with silver hair to make one.

But alas.  I do have some silver hairs...and I just successfully pulled off a scratch angel food cake, and took it to church.  So...does that mean...?
