HSTs...BOLD-style.

In August our family purchased a non-standard size pillow, and it needed a pillowcase.  

"I can totally make one- that's no big deal."  I told Nate.  

Seven months ago.

But never fear, Nate!  This was the week.  There was a charm pack calling to me, and I decided to make it into a cover for our not-so-new pillow.

I decided I'd keep on with my half-square triangle obsession of late, and this is what I came up with.

I love it!  The challenge from SimpleSimonandCo this month was to experiment with bold prints, and I'm so glad that I did.  I don't think that I would have had the guts to use some of these fabrics (hello loud butterflies!), but I'm so glad I did.

Now my next challenge is to keep Abby from stealing it for her own.  :)
