Summer Sampler - Week 1.
Remember the graduation/wedding quilt I made a few weeks ago from the Vintage Quilt Revival book?
Well...get this. The authors of that book are hosting a summer quilt along, AND I'M TOTALLY GOING TO QUILT ALONG! :)
Each week from now until September I will receive instructions for one of the blocks on the quilt. This week is week one. The block is called Millcreek Star.
Here's mine:
The block currently measures 6.5" x 6.5".
For scale, you can see the size of the center of the block in relation to my hand. Tiny!
I'm already looking forward to next week...I just hope it doesn't have so many tricky triangles. ;)
