My friend gave me the recipe for baked creamy chicken taquitos.
I was hesitant to make them at first because of the cream cheese and the 3 tablespoons of cilantro involved.
And then she invited me over and served them to me for lunch.
And now I'm hooked. This was the best tortilla-type-thing that I have had in...maybe ever.
I've made a couple of batches of these myself, and I'm still in love. I'm currently wishing we had some in the freezer for tonight's supper, but alas...blogging about them will have to suffice.
