Chocolate Zucchini Cake!
I made this chocolate zucchini cake yesterday to celebrate my dad-in-law's birthday.
The verdict? YUM! I would totally make this recipe again.
It was rich and moist and...ugh... I'm going to have to stop thinking about it, or I'm going to have to drive back down to their house just to get another piece. (But that would be ok, right? I mean...I'd be doing it just to get my servings of vegetables for the day...) ;)
