Guess what!
We've got some exciting news! Lord-willing, Z-baby #2 will arrive somewhere around February 2, 2010!
Nate and I are very excited, but this journey, like our journey with Blake, hasn't been without some ups and downs. I have been experiencing some bleeding for the past several weeks. Two weeks ago the bleeding was to an extent that we were convinced of a miscarriage and mourned the loss...but...fast forward to this week's miscarriage follow-up appointment, we were amazed to see a healthy 11 week baby with a strong heartbeat! Praise God!
Needless to say, both Nate and I are overjoyed and floored at the news, as we still don't understand how a little baby could be safe after I passed so much blood. We are still feeling very cautious. We are well aware of all of the many things that can still happen, but at this point we're encouraged by the week's good news and wanted to share with you.
