Chicken and Spinach Calzones

We had a variation on these for supper tonight. I pretty much followed their recipe, except I used my Betty Crocker pizza dough recipe (don't worry, I still used whole-wheat flour...), steamed up some fresh spinach, and substituted part-skim mozzarella cheese for the ricotta. YUM!!
