Chocolate-Banana Ice Cream Pie

I made this recipe for chocolate-banana ice cream pie for Easter.  It was really pretty good- nothing fancy, but lots of yummy ice cream, and exactly what you'd expect from such a recipe.  I doubled the bananas, and maybe I still would have liked more in there...  (Also, a certain husband of mine doesn't like coconut, so that ingredient got the axe.)  ;)
