Stir fry!

I'm embarrassed to say that I hadn't ever tried making a stir fry sauce from "scratch" before.  I always just picked up those little packets at the grocery store and mixed them with water....  Well, it turns out that it's really pretty easy to make a decent stir fry sauce.  I tried this one recently, and it turned out to be really good!  Nate didn't even realize that I hadn't used the "packet method."  :)

I'm sure you can get a lot more fancy with stir fry sauces, but this one ended up being a great "uh-oh, I've already started the chicken frying and the rice cooking, and I didn't realize I didn't have a sauce packet in the cupboard, what do I do?" recipe.  ;)
